Strawberry Cookies

1 box Strawberry Cake Mix 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed 1 Egg |
In large bowl, dump cake mix in and add egg. Mix well until fully incorporated. Add thawed Cool Whip to bowl and mix again until fully mixed. Heat oven to 350 degrees and line 2 cookie sheets with foil and spray with cooking spray. Drop cookie dough with medium size scoop about 1 inch apart. Bake 10-15 minutes until tops are set. Allow to cook in pans then remove to wire rack to completely cool. Store in airtight container. |
